Home Remedies for Loose Motion – Loose motion is a common process, but if it occurs more than 4-5 times a day, it will be much more difficult to the person who is experiencing it. Persisting loose motion may be due to the invasion of some germs or viruses or by infection from food that you have eaten. Here are 3 simple tips for this problem:-
1)Add 1 tablespoon of ginger juice and a pinch of salt into 1 table spoon of lemon juice. Mix it well and have it occasionally.
Ginger- Blocks the toxic bacteria that cause loose motion.
Lemon- Its anti-inflammatory properties smoothens painful intestines.
2)Take 2 glasses of water in a pan and add 2-3 tsp of arrowroot powder(koova powder), a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp of sugar into this. Stir it on a medium flame until it gets thick. Try this often for better results.
Arrowroot powder- Effective in regulating bowel movements.
3)In 1 glass of boiling water add 1/2tspn of tea powder and 1/2 tspn of sugar. When it gets boiled, strain it and squeeze half a lemon into it. Mix it well and have it during heavy loose motion. (You can also add 1/2 tspn of cumin powder into this along with tea powder and sugar)
Cumin Seeds- Contain anti-oxidants, so it fights against bacteria and it increases the frequency of stool which thereby results in the loss of water.
