8-10 Almonds

1 cup of full-fat milk

Method: Soak the almonds overnight. Then, remove the skin of the almonds.

Crush the almonds into a fine paste.

Bring the milk to a boil and then add in the crushed almonds and give it a good mix. Add the sugar. Refrigerate for one hour or drink it warm.
